Who do we communicate your data to?

Who do we transfer your data to?  
The management and storage of your personal data will take place in Italy and it will not be transferred out of or otherwise leave the European Union.  Our servers are currently based in Italy.  However, it should be understood that if we deem it necessary, we retain the right to change the server location within Italy and/or the European Union and/or any non-EU countries. How long do we keep your data?
